Palette filling system
With the palette filling system empty containers are already placed on a palette, therefore a subsequent palletizing is not required. The palettes can be transported to the filling place either manually or automatically by means of conveying technology, according to the customers wish or the technical specification. Of course, multilayered filling is also possible. This, however, can only be realized using semi-automatic technology.
Palette filling systems are suitable particularly for the filling of smaller containers and with frequently changing container sizes. Also with this type of installation, all three filling methods can be realized.
The filling process itself is either done with an articulated jib joint-arm or by a fully automated portal filling system. This type of installation can be used for very different container sizes, such as 10 liter buckets but also 1000 liter containers.

Semi-automatic palette filling
The articulated jib joint-arm filling device works semi-automatically.
The (part -) sub-level-filling is executed with this installation preferably. The robust section-steel construction of the stand column as well as the extension arms was specifically designed for long-term use.
